Check it out.Take a look at the creative process of the mom-n-dan™ holiday bookmark project!
This project was created as part of an event to promote the client’s new Christmas-themed children’s book.
Getting Started
The process first started by conducting a virtual meeting with my client Justine - the executive leader of mom-n-dan™. I was asked to create a brief based on what the project might convey, such as what to add onto the design, the demographic, and the project schedule.
First Drafts
I then sent the brief to Justine via email, where we proceeded with how I were to create the actual bookmark.
Using Photoshop, I did a first attempt at designing both front and back sides of the bookmark, then sent the images via email to Justine.
Making Revisions
I received feedback from my client informing me to change several things to make it look more nicer and professional.
Thus, using the feedback I received, I went on Photoshop and made revisions based on said feedback.
Below is the final image for the front side of the bookmark, which is on the left.
After sending the prior two images to Justine via email once again, I received more feedback for the back side of the bookmark, in which I made one more revision session on Photoshop to create the final image for the back side of the bookmark.
Below are the final drafts for both sides of the bookmark created for my client, mom-n-dan™!
