Check it out.

Before we dive deep right in, I want you to know that this is a student project. As such, it is not intended to be an actual website nor podcast series.

Creating the Logo

The first thing to generating a brand for Feline Foundations was creating a Flexible Visual System on Figma as a means of making the perfect logo for the podcast.

After creating several vector logos based on the Flexible Visual System, I decided on this logo design for Feline Foundations. It features a cat’s head with the center cut out with a heart.

I also added some border designs based on the lower part of the cat’s head to make the logo more visual and colorful.

Creating the Thumbnails

Once I decided on the logo for the podcast, the next thing was using the logo to create thumbnails per episode, just like any podcast series would have.

For each thumbnail, I would change the color based on the episode. As I have came up with ten episodes of Feline Foundations, I have ten thumbnails, each of them a different color.

Creating the Business Card

After making the ten thumbnails for each podcast episode, I used the Feline Foundations logo to create a business card for the brand, as well as creating a mock Instagram account page.

Creating the Webpage

Finally, once the business card was finished, I proceeded with making the podcast website for both desktop and mobile screens using HTML and CSS. I also did an additional version on WebFlow.
