Check it out. Before we dive deep right in, I want you to know that this is a student project. As such, it is not intended to be an actual app.
Project Research
Before working on the wireframes, I created several user personas and user journey maps on FigJam based on what the user might want or need for this app. Some users may not be satisfied with other anime streaming sites such as Crunchyroll; others may come to Anime Haven due to having issues with other streaming sites.
Another aspect of my project research was creating a sitemap based on what important pages I would need for making the wireframes for the app.
As you can see, the sitemap basically shows in order what one would need to do if they were to use Anime Haven for the first time.
Once the user journey maps, the personas, and the sitemap have been done, I proceeded with making a Kanban board on Trello to manage my tasks.
Rough Draft
With the Kanban board all set up, I went forward with first creating a series of low-fidelity wireframes, followed by taking reference from the low-fidelity frames to create a mid-fidelity prototype, as you can see here below.
Final Tweaks
Once the mid-fidelity pages were finished, I had all the wireframes tested out by a close one of mine, who then gave me feedback as to what I needed to improve on to make the high-fidelity frames.
Taking the feedback, I was able to create the high-fidelity protype and final version of my wireframes.
